The vision

Beyond economic impact, the venue provides an important shared social space that supports wellbeing, community cohesion, and participation in local life.

Accessible community venues are increasingly important in growing towns such as Frome, helping to reduce isolation and create opportunities for residents of all ages to connect through sport, culture and social activity.

By combining sporting use with carefully managed events, the venue can operate as a sustainable community asset that strengthens both the social fabric and local economy of Frome.

OUR MISSION

Redefining the Way
We Move Forward

Our approach supports the key priorities identified by Frome Town Council, including strengthening community wellbeing, supporting the local economy, and maintaining accessible shared spaces for residents. By operating the venue as a professionally managed event and community space, we help create opportunities for local cultural activity, grassroots sport, and small-scale economic activity that benefits independent businesses across the town. The model ensures that the facility remains financially sustainable while continuing to serve as a welcoming community hub. In doing so, the venue contributes to Frome’s long-standing reputation as a vibrant, inclusive town with a strong culture of participation, creativity, and community engagement.
